Eco Menstrual Range — Natural, Reusable & Kinder to Your Body and the Planet

Natural Sea Sponge Tampons

A soft, flexible, completely natural internal menstrual product used by women for thousands of years.

Women have used natural materials to manage their cycles for centuries — from moss and grass to cloth and plant fibres. Your manual notes that:

“Cleopatra used sea sponges internally… Sea sponges have been used by women around the Mediterranean and Pacific for thousands of years.”

Sea sponges are renewable, sustainably harvested, and cause no harm, as they have no nervous system or senses and naturally regenerate.

Health & Safety
